No, you don’t have to pay a joining fee
Is there a rental for this feature?
You will only pay a daily rental of Rs. 1.92

You could do it in a variety of ways

whether the service is activated?
You would receive your confirmation via SMS or a Call from one of our Customer Care executives
How could I change my favourite numbers?
You could do it in a variety of ways
- SMS the following message to 1525
REM(space) (old number) (space) ADD(space) (new number)
- Hotline – inform the Call Centre on 0115 375375
- Email – Indicate your current numbers with your new numbers and mail it to bellcare@mail.lankabell.com.
- Internet – click here to change your favourite 6 numbers
- Customer Service – Visit your closest Business Office and speak to our Customer Care executives
Is there a fee for changing the number?
A nominal charge of Rs.50/= +VAT will be charged per number
Could the numbers be changed
any number of times?
All six numbers can be changed once in a billing month. The same number cannot be changed twice during a month.
